ACS New Member First Steps
Welcome to ACS!
As a new member we want to assist you with onboarding and gaining access to all necessary ACS resources.
The critical first step is authentication. We use Google G Suite to store and control access to most of our files and content.
To access these resources you will need a Google account of some type and this account will need to be associated with your ACS membership (either as a primary or secondary email account).
If you see a red congratulations message in the box below, click on it to continue to the main members resource page. Mobile users may see a black box that can be clicked to launch the red test image, which you should then click on.
If you don't see a green "Access Confirmed" message, scroll down for more information on linking or creating a google account.
If you don't see the green "Access Confirmed" message above, we need to make sure you either get a new Google account set up or associate an existing Google account with your ACS membership record. Please choose one of the options below:
If you have already registered a Google account with ACS
Click here to ensure you are logged in on this browser and reload this page.
If you are still unable to access and are sure you have a Google account registered with ACS, contact help@seattleacs.org for assistance (please note all email addresses you believe you have registered with us).
If you have an existing Google/Gmail account (but haven't yet registered it with ACS)
Choose one of these options:
Add your Google account as a secondary email registered to acs. Please mail changes@seattleacs.org and request addition of your Google account email as a secondary address.
Switch to using your Google account as your primary email with Seattle ACS. Contact changes@seattleacs.org from your current ACS registered email and inform us of the Google account address you wish to change to.
If you do not have a Google/Gmail account
Choose one of these options:
Create a Google account using your existing (non-Google) email address (once you do this you will have automatic access to ACS resources). Click here to reach the sign-up page for a new Google account without Gmail.
Create a new Gmail account and register it as a secondary email account with ACS. Click here to sign up for a Google account with Gmail. After you successfully sign up and login to Google with this new account, contact changes@seattleacs.org from your current ACS registered email and inform us of the Google account address you wish to add as a secondary email address.
